At the foot of Mount Geraneia, built in the northern part of the Corinthian Gulf’s cove, lies Loutraki; a coastal town which is internationally known for its thermal springs famous since Antiquity, when the city was called Thermai, in honor of Thermia Artemis. The region is also famous for its natural mineral waters.
In 2015, the virtuoso Greek guitarist Yorgos Bechlivanoglou, established in Loutraki a 5day masterclass and concert series with the participation of extraordinary musicians and exceptional interpreters from Greece and abroad. This year's guest, is the acclaimed Polish guitarist Krzysztof Pelech.
Apart from the plethora of the festival activities, including concerts, masterclasses, lectures, a handmade instrument show, a student guitar orchestra, and a competition that we launched last year for the first time with great success, this year we introduce a series of 5/day workshops of 3 hours duration each, run by a wide range of outstanding guitar teachers. We are happy to present the 4th All That Guitar Festival in Loutraki!
Yorgos Bechlivanoglou, an internationally awarded soloist, has largely performed in Greece and abroad as soloist with Orchestras and as chamber musician with various ensembles. He has recorded for EMI and EBU.
